I was in a relaxed mood when I started playing, the games are fun and easy to get into. That said, I did run into a few bugs here and there, which broke the flow a bit. Still enjoyable overall, just needs a little polishing

I do enjoy some of their games, but man, the updates can get annoying. Bugs will hang around for weeks, and then when a patch finally comes out, itll fix one thing but somehow mess up something else. The patch notes arent always super clear either, so half the time you dont even know what really changed. It kinda feels like theyre not testing things enough before pushing them live. Not the worst experience ever, but as someone who plays regularly, its frustrating.

I tried buying a game, but the checkout kept freezing and then logging me out, which was really frustrating. I kept thinking I was going to lose my cart or miss out on the purchase altogether. Some pages were loading really slowly too, and when I went to the support page for help, that started throwing errors as well. It’s not completely unusable, but it definitely made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be

I was trying to log into my Bandai Namco account and it felt way harder than it needed to be. It kept sending me around in circles, then the password reset email took forever to show up. When I finally got it, the link said it was expired even though I clicked it pretty much right away, which was super annoying. I eventually managed to get in, but then it logged me out again after a few minutes. Maybe it was just a bad day for the site, because part of me thinks it can’t always be this broken, but at the same time it really did feel clunky and outdated. I do still like Bandai Namco and I love a lot of their games, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole thing is terrible. But the account and login side of things is frustrating enough that it definitely needs some work.

"Servers Can Be Laggy"
I’m not sure if it happens all the time, but in my experience the servers seem to lag quite a bit. It can make things feel a little frustrating, especially when you’re trying to use the service smoothly.

Most of the time the games look really nice, and I do enjoy playing them, but the performance drops can get frustrating. It’s not terrible or anything, but those little slowdowns take me out of the moment. I just wish it felt a bit smoother overall.

Payment went through without any issues, but the checkout process took longer than I thought it would... I had to reload the page once because it kind of froze on me. I did get my order placed in the end, so it wasn’t terrible... just feels like it could be a little smoother.

"Servers Keep Ruining the Game"
Every time I sit down to play, the servers either drop me completely or lag so badly it’s barely playable. What makes it worse is support just sends the same canned apology and tells me to check the server status, like that actually fixes anything. I paid for the game, so it’s really frustrating to feel like I can’t even play it properly
"Preordered Months Ago and Still Left Hanging"
I preordered this months in advance, and when release day finally came around, there was still no real update on what was going on. I reached out to support, but all I got were basic copy-paste type replies that didn’t actually fix anything. Come on now, if people are ordering directly that early, at least keep them in the loop. Definitely not ordering direct again.

"Return Was Surprisingly Smooth"
I got my return sorted out way faster than I expected, with no weird hoops to jump through. i was ready for the usual corporate maze where they make you give up halfway, but somehow it was actually painless. Almost suspiciously easy, but I’m not complaining.

The box looked nice at first, but mine showed up with a small dent, which annoyed me right away because I don’t have a lot of patience for stuff like that. Shipping was fine, no real complaints there, but the extras felt kind of cheap for what I paid. Overall, it’s okay, but I was expecting a bit more.

Sometimes the matchmaking is fine, but other times I’m just sitting there waiting way too long. What made it more frustrating was feeling like I was being talked down to when I brought it up, like it was somehow my fault or I just didn’t understand how it works

The stock can be a little hit or miss in my experience. Sometimes they have exactly what I need, and other times it’s just not available. I’d say it really depends on the item and when you check.

"Discounts are barely worth it"
I was disappointed with the prices. Most of the games still felt overpriced, even the older ones, and I went in thinking I’d actually find a few solid deals. They make it sound like you’re about to save a bunch, but the discounts felt underwhelming compared to other stores.
The discount codes were annoying too. They advertise these deals with all these big promises, but then half the stuff I wanted didn’t even qualify. It just feels like they call everything a sale without being clear about what you’re really getting, and in the end you barely save anything.

"Shipping took forever and support wasn’t much help"
I ordered from bandainamcoent.com and the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was actually going on. I did reach out to support, but the replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address my question, which made it even more frustrating. I get that delays happen, but the whole experience was annoying. I probably won’t order direct again...

I grabbed the DLC expecting a decent amount of new stuff, but it felt thin. I tend to zero in on the actual playable content and skip over the fluff, and there just wasn’t much there to hold my attention. For what it costs, I walked away feeling like I didn’t really get my money’s worth

"Still a brand I trust"
Been buying Bandai Namco games for years. Never really had a bad time. The site’s simple enough, and I trust them because most of their games feel like they actually care. Updates can be slow sometimes. Still, I keep coming back. 4 stars

I tried to stick with it, but the plot felt really boring to me and the characters just didn’t hold my interest. Compared to other stories I’ve enjoyed in this kind of genre, this one felt flat, and I ended up quitting before the end.

I bought a digital code expecting it to show up quickly, but it ended up taking hours. I kept refreshing my email like an idiot, and I felt kind of stupid for trusting them to make it easy. The site didn’t really explain what was happening or give me much peace of mind. The code did work in the end, but the whole delivery process was annoying and made the order feel way more messy than it needed to be
